Expedition
Shipments are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order for processing. If the item is currently out of stock, you will be notified by phone or email of the extended delivery date.
Delivery in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
Currently, you have the option of delivering goods in the following ways:
- Forwarding (individual transport of extraordinary or oversized shipments based on actual costs)
- Personal collection (after telephone arrangement) at the central warehouse of FALCON EUROPE sro, with registered office at Oderská 333/5, 196 00 Prague 9, ID: 23807491 , telephone +420777300931
Conditions:
- We recommend that our customers combine multiple items into one order. Additional combining of items is not possible and shipping is charged separately for each order.
- Shipments are delivered by the carrier exclusively on working days.
- The shipment is always covered with security tape. In case of breakage of the tape or damage to the packaging, inform the carrier immediately and you have the right not to accept the shipment. Always report any damage to the shipment to the shipping company immediately!
- All transactions through this online store are carried out in accordance with the Civil Code.
- For foreign companies, it is necessary to provide a tax entity number in European format, e.g. SK........., in order to be able to invoice goods without VAT.
Storage times:
- Personal collection: 10 days
- Distribution points: 3 days
- Boxes: 48 hours
Payments:
Currently, you have the option to pay for goods in the following ways:
- By advance payment in the Czech Republic in CZK or EUR currency.
- By advance payment abroad in CZK or EUR currency.
- By payment card.
- Cash on delivery upon receipt of goods.
- For 7/14/30 day maturity for wholesale customers and government organizations.
In addition to the price of the goods and VAT, you will be charged shipping and packaging costs.
Shipping and packaging costs throughout the Czech Republic: According to the current price list of the selected carrier, they vary depending on the weight, dimensions and type of goods being transported. The price is automatically calculated in the basket after selecting the selected goods, carrier and place of delivery.
